How an Order Moves Through Our Factory

Envoyer une demande
Send your design, sample, tech pack or product idea through the website form, email or WhatsApp.

Confirmation du besoin
We confirm style, quantity, fabric, colour, size chart, logo, packing and target delivery date in writing.
- 03
Devis
You receive a clear quotation showing price, MOQ, sample time, production time and trade terms.
- 04
Développement de l’échantillon
Patterns are developed and a sample is made with the proposed fabric and trims.

Validation de l’échantillon
You check fit, workmanship, fabric and details. Revisions are made until the sample is approved.

Confirmation de commande et acompte
A proforma invoice confirms specification, price, delivery and terms. Production is booked on deposit.
- 07
Préparation des tissus et accessoires
Fabric is ordered or issued, then inspected and relaxed before cutting. Trims are prepared by order.

Production en volume
Cutting, sewing, pressing and finishing are scheduled on the line with production updates to you.

Inspection qualité
In-line inspection runs during production, followed by final inspection before packing.

Paiement du solde
Balance is settled according to the agreed terms once inspection is complete.

Emballage et expédition
Goods are packed to your specification and shipped by sea, air, rail or express, with your forwarder or ours.

Service après-vente
We follow up after delivery, keep your specifications on file and support reorders and future development.
Lead Time
What Drives the Timeline
Every quotation states a realistic sample time and bulk production time for your specific order. We would rather tell you the honest window at the start than apologise later.
- Sample — repeat style
- Usually 7–15 days after specification confirmation
- Sample — new style
- Usually 10–18 days, longer if fabric must be developed
- Fabric preparation
- Confirmed at order placement; in-stock fabric is faster
- Bulk production
- According to order quantity, style complexity and trim lead time
- Inspection
- Scheduled before packing; third-party inspection booked in advance

- By sea, air, rail or express according to your schedule
Payment & Shipping
Terms Confirmed Before Production
Standard Terms
- 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment (standard bulk order terms).
- Sample fee is paid before sample development and can be deducted from the bulk order once the order quantity reaches the agreed amount.
- Trade terms and payment terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice before production starts.
Shipping Methods
- Sea freight (most economical for bulk)
- Air freight for urgent orders
- Railway shipping to inland destinations
- Express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) for samples
- Customer’s own forwarder
- Door-to-door shipping
