Standard bulk order terms

30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment (standard bulk order terms).

Sample fee is paid before sample development and can be deducted from the bulk order once the order quantity reaches the agreed amount.

Trade terms and payment terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice before production starts.

Sample orders

Sample fee is payable before sample development starts.

Sample cost is refundable or deductible from the bulk order when the order quantity reaches the amount agreed at quotation.

Currency and bank charges

Quotations are issued in USD unless agreed otherwise.

Bank charges on the sender’s side are borne by the buyer; bank charges on the receiving side are borne by us, unless otherwise agreed.

Order confirmation

Production is scheduled once the agreed deposit is received and all approved materials — including fabric confirmation, size chart, label artwork and packing instruction — are in place.

The balance is payable according to the agreed terms, normally before shipment, and shipping documents are released once the balance is settled.

Amendments

Any amendment to quantity, specification, labelling or packaging after order confirmation may affect price and delivery time, and will be confirmed in writing before it is applied.
