Requirement

A brand needed a stable long-term supply of business suits with a fit developed for the European market, plus private label finishing and their own retail packaging.

Our Solution

We adjusted the pattern block to their size chart, developed fabric options within their target price, produced a fit sample for approval, then moved into scheduled bulk production with their own labels, hangtags and polybags.

Result

Delivery was completed to plan and the programme continued into repeat orders for the following season.

We matched the corporate colour reference, produced sample sets for approval, developed ladies’ and men’s fits, embroidered department logos and packed each garment individually by staff name and size.

The full programme was delivered on schedule with consistent colour across all items, and reorders for new staff follow the same archived specification.

We specified a heavier fabric weight, reinforced high-stress seams, durable lining and stronger buttons. Colour stories and boys’ grading were developed from the client’s size chart.

Result

The client reported improved garment life in rental use and expanded the range to additional colours the following season.
