Contrôle qualité

Un contrôle qualité rigoureux pour chaque commande de costumes

Quality is not a final check — it is a sequence of checks at every stage of production. Here is exactly what we inspect, and where.

Inspection Process

Seven Inspection Stages

Each stage has a defined owner and a defined check. Findings are recorded by order and reported before shipment.

1. Fabric Inspection

Colour, weight, width, shrinkage, hand feel and visible defects are checked against the approved fabric reference before cutting.

2. Cutting Inspection

Cut panels are checked for size accuracy, grain and pattern direction, quantity per size and shade matching within each bundle.

3. Sewing Inspection

Stitch density, seam allowance, symmetry, alignment, pocket placement and overall workmanship are checked on the line and at end of line.

4. Size Measurement

Key measurements are verified against your size chart — chest, shoulder, sleeve, length, waist, hip and inseam — and recorded by size.

5. Pressing Inspection

Seams are checked for pressing quality, lapel roll and shape, lining balance and overall appearance before final inspection.

6. Final Inspection

A final check covers appearance, measurements, stitching, trims, labels, packaging, assortment and quantity before shipping.

7. Packing Inspection

Packing method, polybag print, hangtags, barcodes, carton marks, pack ratio and carton strength are confirmed against your instruction.

Measurement Control

Size Charts Are Checked, Not Assumed

Measurement problems are the most common reason for garment claims, and they almost always come from an unclear size chart rather than poor sewing. Before production we confirm every point of measure with you, including how each point is measured.

  • Point-of-measure definition confirmed in writing
  • Jacket chest, shoulder, sleeve, length and half-waist
  • Trouser waist, hip, thigh, knee, inseam and outseam
  • Shirt collar, chest, shoulder, sleeve and length
  • Tolerance agreed per measurement point
  • Measurements recorded by size and retained with the order file

FAQ

Quality Questions Buyers Ask

How do you control quality?

We inspect fabric before cutting, check cut panels, run in-line inspection during sewing, measure key sizes, check pressing, and complete a final inspection plus a packing check before shipment. Inspection records can be provided.

Can you sign an NDA or keep our designs confidential?

Yes. We can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send designs or tech packs, and your patterns, artwork and customer information are not shared with third parties.

Can we visit the factory or arrange an inspection?

Yes. We welcome factory visits and video tours, and we accept third-party inspections such as SGS, Bureau Veritas or your own QC agent before shipment.

Want to See Our Inspection Records?
