Terms & Conditions
The general commercial terms that apply to quotations, samples and bulk orders placed with us.
Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to fabric availability at the time of order confirmation.
Prices are based on the specification confirmed at the time of quotation. Changes to fabric, construction, quantity, labelling or packing may change the price.
Orders and confirmation
An order is confirmed when the specification, price, delivery time and payment terms have been agreed in writing and the agreed deposit has been received.
The approved sample and signed specification are the quality reference for bulk production.
Samples
Sample cost is advised per style and is payable before sample development.
Sample cost can be deducted from the bulk order when the order quantity reaches the agreed amount.
Quantity tolerance
Unless otherwise agreed, a quantity tolerance of ±3% per colour and size applies to bulk orders, in line with standard garment industry practice.
Final invoiced quantity is based on the actual shipped quantity.
Delivery
Production time is confirmed at order confirmation and starts from receipt of the deposit and all approved materials, labels and artworks required for production.
Delivery dates may be affected by events outside our control, including fabric mill delays, shipping space availability, port congestion, customs inspection and force majeure events.
Intellectual property
You confirm that designs, artwork and trademarks you supply do not infringe any third-party rights.
We do not disclose your designs, patterns or brand information to other customers.
Claims
Any quality claim should be raised within 30 days of receiving the goods, with photographs and the relevant quantity.
Confirmed defects are resolved by repair, remake or replacement as agreed, in line with the order specification.
Governing terms
These terms are supplemented by the terms stated on the proforma invoice or sales contract for each order. Where there is a conflict, the proforma invoice or contract prevails.
