Shipping Policy
How we arrange shipment for sample orders and bulk production, and what you need to prepare.
Shipping methods
Express delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT) for samples and small urgent shipments.
Air freight for urgent bulk orders where the value justifies the cost.
Sea freight for bulk production — the most economical option for volume orders.
Railway shipping to inland destinations where available.
Door-to-door shipping where the destination and customs conditions allow.
Using your own forwarder
You are welcome to nominate your own freight forwarder. In that case we deliver to the nominated warehouse or port address and provide the documents your forwarder requires.
If you do not have a forwarder, we can arrange shipping and advise the cost before dispatch.
Trade terms
We support EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP. The applicable term is confirmed on the proforma invoice.
Under EXW, collection and export handling are arranged by the buyer. Under FOB, we deliver to the nominated port and handle export documentation.
Documentation
Standard documents include commercial invoice, packing list and shipping documents required by your forwarder.
If you need certificates of origin, fumigation certificates or other specific documents for your market, please tell us at order confirmation so they can be prepared in time.
Packing
Unless otherwise specified, garments are packed one piece per polybag and assorted by size and colour in export cartons.
Retail-ready packing, individual name labelling, hangers and garment bags can be arranged according to your instruction.
Carton marks are produced to your specification; please send the carton mark instruction at least two weeks before the planned shipping date.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Shipping cost and transit time depend on the destination, order volume, cargo weight and the transportation method chosen. Costs are advised before dispatch.
We will notify you of the shipping schedule and provide tracking or booking information once the goods are dispatched.
