Our production site combines cutting, sewing, pressing, quality control, sampling and packing under one roof. Visitors can follow a suit from fabric roll to sealed carton in a single walk-through.
Factory Tour
Our factory is equipped with professional suit production lines, experienced workers and a complete quality control process. From fabric cutting to final pressing and packing, every step is carefully managed to ensure stable quality for bulk orders.
Overview
Because the whole process stays in our own workshop, we can control timing and quality instead of passing responsibility to subcontractors.
Our production site combines cutting, sewing, pressing, quality control, sampling and packing under one roof. Visitors can follow a suit from fabric roll to sealed carton in a single walk-through.
Fabric is relaxed before cutting, then laid and cut according to the approved marker. Cut panels are numbered and bundled by size and colour to prevent mixing during sewing.
Our sewing lines are organised by operation, with dedicated stations for collars, sleeves, fronts and assembly. Line supervisors check work at fixed points along the line.
Pressing decides how a suit looks on the hanger. Jackets are pressed in stages — seams, fronts, lapels and shoulders — using professional pressing equipment.
A dedicated QC team inspects fabric, measurements, stitching, trims and packing. Findings are recorded by order and reported to the customer before shipment.
Pattern makers and sample machinists work together to turn your design, sample or tech pack into an approved production pattern before bulk cutting begins.
Fabric, lining, interlining, buttons, zips, thread, labels and hangtags are stored and issued by order, so trims are reconciled against the quantity produced.
Final inspection, folding, polybagging, labelling and carton packing are completed in the packing area, with carton marks checked against your shipping instruction.

Equipment & Capacity
Capacity is not only about how many machines a factory has. It is about how many machines are available for your order in your delivery window, and whether the workshop can keep quality stable while running several orders at once.
We welcome factory visits, live video tours and third-party inspections (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QC agent). If your programme requires an audit before the first order, tell us at the enquiry stage and we will prepare the documents in advance.
Tell us your sourcing project and we will arrange a live walk-through of the departments relevant to your order.
